We had truck problems while traveling cross country with our 3 dogs. We stopped here on Friday evening and they got us in right away! It was 98 degrees out and they let us bring our dogs into the waiting area to get out of the heat and even gave them a bowl of water. They went way ABOVE and BEYOND great and friendly customer service! We were back on the road by the next morning. You were such a blessing and we can’t thank you enough!!!

These folks at Victory are the best. We done whole deal over the phone The manager Andrew is top notch no bullshit this was my 12th deal thru him. There finance department is kind courteous no pressure. The dealership is clean truck was ready to roll full of fuel. TOP NOTCH dealer. I’ll need two more trucks soon and I’ll be back.

Man Peyton and the guys in the service department did an awesome job. We were chasing an intermittent wiring gremlin and they stayed committed on getting it straightened out and getting it fixed. I’m very pleased with the work and effort they put into getting my problem fixed.
Payton was the best. I came in late in the evening right at closing time and he was patient and caring of my situation. He was more than willing to go above and beyond to help me out.
Picked car and had to bring it back because it still wasn't fixed. Very unhappy

Got us in and our for our service. We had our oil changed and tires rotated. They used a video multipoint inspection, it was good. They showed the condition of each item during the inspection.

Found the Jeep on Cars.com. Called up these guys. Very easy to work with friendly folks, fair priced, and accommodating. They got me the pictures I asked for and questions answered before we drove the 8hrs to pick it up. Great small town dealer with no pressure. Definitely recommend.
I brought in my daughters Jeep Wrangler because the AC had stopped working. I troubleshot as far as I could but did not have a recovery machine for the new R1234YF freon. I was fairly certain I needed an AC Compressor clutch. Dealer got me right in and troubleshot the jeep. they agreed the clutch was not kicking in and said they would need to evacuate and recharge my system to verify it had correct amount of freon. We had been fighting a wiring gremlin and Payton and the mechanics worked effortlessly to get the issue resolved. They’ve been fantastic to work with. Finally a dealership that takes care of there customers.
I had leaky valve stems and Mike and the shop guys fixed it up. I will be returning with future repairs.

He fought long and hard with Chrysler Care to get my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica's mileage corrected from a different Chrysler dealership inputting ERROR !!

Took my Dodge Hornet R/T after taking it to my local dealership 5 times to try and fix issues with the car. My local dealership said nothing is wrong with the car and they dont know why it says low battery and won't pre condition the cabin. Went in with 8000 down of money I worked hard to save and got a truck I've had in the shop 7 times in the first 3 months.. they agreed to fix one thing on them but only if I signed something saying they aren't liable for anything else which I refused to sign.. thank goodness there was a miscommunication between them and the shop and the shop took care of it before they asked me to sign the release but they weren't aware of that.. No better place to buy a car.
They tried to overcharge for a battery, tried to charge me for a diagnostics that i didn't need or want. Didn't call me to tell me i needed to change the battery before the recall fixes. Then didn't even do all the recall fixes in the first place and didn't tell me about it. They had the jeep for 2 1/2 weeks and all they accomplished was a system update, if that.

Truly the best vehicle buying experience I’ve had. Starting with an email I sent that was answered very quickly, to getting through the paperwork in a snap, Laura and Preston were incredible. It’s hard to find a dealership or sales/finance people, who don’t rely on the pitch or hustle.
