Truly the best vehicle buying experience I’ve had. Starting with an email I sent that was answered very quickly, to getting through the paperwork in a snap, Laura and Preston were incredible. It’s hard to find a dealership or sales/finance people, who don’t rely on the pitch or hustle. This dealership and its staff are the diamond in the rough, and I HIGHLY recommend you drive an extra few miles when you’re in the market for a new or pre-owned ride. Didn't have an appointment but they got me right in, diagnosed my problem and took care of the repairs within a couple hours.

It was suggested to me to take my truck to any Ram dealership to fix the issue (it was one of the tire pressure sensors not working). I work away from Ottawa but I preferred to deal with the alarming than go to a different dealership.
When he came out and told me he had good news and bad news thought it was going to coast me a arm and leg but when looked into it it was a quick easy fix and it didn't much you guys did a great job

I can say enough about this dealership ! The service department jumped into action when we drove in from out of town and our sunroof had shattered . I contacted the dealer about a car for sale, and they were very helpful through the finance approval over the phone. The staff were very nice and had everything ready for me when I arrived.
My husband and I came through the lot on a rainy day and Mark Hemry met us outside. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We test drove 3 vehicles in the rain and ended up buying one. Our experience was seamless and even the financing part went great. Overall great experience!
Payton always expresses enthusiasm to me when I go to VICTORY DODGE. And it's sincere! We discuss my purpose for being there...and we set up a prompt appointment when needed; otherwise, he answers my concerns like balance and alignment schedules...or time for a new set of tires, etc. I trust Payton, Mike, and Narhan 100% with advise! Failed to understand an issue with the vehicle cabin filter. Should have been replaced at no charge. Wanted to replace filter but finally blew off and reinstalled filter

Mark came out in the rain to greet us, showed us 3 different vehicles, and answered all of our questions. He was never pushy and was really helpful. The sales manager did not lowball us on our trade or play the "back and forth" game. The lady in financing made our purchase painless and overall we had a great experience! 10/10 would definitely recommend!
I would like to give them a better review, but I bought my used Toyota Tacoma exactly two weeks ago, and I have had it in my possession for a total of 22 hours. The day after I purchased it, the whole dash lit up with alarm codes. Victory told me to take it to a Toyota dealer since it was still under the manufacturers warranty. Over priced i will continue to take my ram for service next door to Ford. They are cheaper and also will pick my truck up from the house.

I’ve been searching for a new go to Jeep dealer and believe I have found it. Easy communication from email to texting and great customer service once I entered the building and even after purchasing the vehicle. Will definitely be back to buy another Jeep.

My car recently experienced death to the NW Springfield, MO Hailstorm of April 28th. While looking for a new vehicle everyone here was absolutely fantastic. Andrew made sure the process was as smooth as possible with most of the legwork done. Rushed me. I asked to call and see if I could finance through my credit union for a better rate and was told no. The vehicle had 4 wheel covers on and 3/4 fell off before I even drove the car for 24 hours. They were notified of this and didn't offer me a solution.

Service was good. Repair issues seem to be resolved but it took from April 8th to April 20 to order, receive the part and do the repair. Since I did not desperately need my vehicle at the time, I just left it at the dealership to avoid having to find rides and make 2 trips from Burlington.

I think something went into my blow motor because it's making a weird sound. When my cabin air filter was checked. I believe something went into my blow motor. Causing it to make noise when I run my AC

I brought the van to do a warranty work. And by the time we got the van back, the AC wsd was not working. But it was working before we drop it off
Absolutely killed the service game. Bought a used car, couple issues resolved before we took the vehicle home. 30 miles out 2 tpms sensors show up bad/low battery. Showed no light on the test drive. Total fluke. Andrew, Preston, Justan never batted an eye and replaced all 4 sensors for free, plus filled up my tank again for the trouble. I will shop at Victory till the end. Great buying experience.

Came in for an oil change, they noticed that I had a slow leak due to a valve stem. Since I had purchased the tires there, that was under warranty. Great service that they check everything. Also, excellent waiting area with snacks and drinks available to buy. Great touch!
