Took my Dodge Hornet R/T after taking it to my local dealership 5 times to try and fix issues with the car. My local dealership said nothing is wrong with the car and they dont know why it says low battery and won't pre condition the cabin. I was told there is nothing that can be done and they were stuck inbetween a hard spot. Took it to victory and they immediately found the 12v battery bad which was what I asked my local dealership. Went in with 8000 down of money I worked hard to save and got a truck I've had in the shop 7 times in the first 3 months.. they agreed to fix one thing on them but only if I signed something saying they aren't liable for anything else which I refused to sign.. thank goodness there was a miscommunication between them and the shop and the shop took care of it before they asked me to sign the release but they weren't aware of that.. No better place to buy a car.
They tried to overcharge for a battery, tried to charge me for a diagnostics that i didn't need or want. Didn't call me to tell me i needed to change the battery before the recall fixes. Then didn't even do all the recall fixes in the first place and didn't tell me about it. They had the jeep for 2 1/2 weeks and all they accomplished was a system update, if that.

Truly the best vehicle buying experience I’ve had. Starting with an email I sent that was answered very quickly, to getting through the paperwork in a snap, Laura and Preston were incredible. It’s hard to find a dealership or sales/finance people, who don’t rely on the pitch or hustle. This dealership and its staff are the diamond in the rough, and I HIGHLY recommend you drive an extra few miles when you’re in the market for a new or pre-owned ride. Mark came out in the rain to greet us, showed us 3 different vehicles, and answered all of our questions. He was never pushy and was really helpful. The sales manager did not lowball us on our trade or play the "back and forth" game. The lady in financing made our purchase painless and overall we had a great experience! 10/10 would definitely recommend!
I would like to give them a better review, but I bought my used Toyota Tacoma exactly two weeks ago, and I have had it in my possession for a total of 22 hours. The day after I purchased it, the whole dash lit up with alarm codes. Victory told me to take it to a Toyota dealer since it was still under the manufacturers warranty. My car recently experienced death to the NW Springfield, MO Hailstorm of April 28th. While looking for a new vehicle everyone here was absolutely fantastic. Rushed me. I asked to call and see if I could finance through my credit union for a better rate and was told no. The vehicle had 4 wheel covers on and 3/4 fell off before I even drove the car for 24 hours. They were notified of this and didn't offer me a solution.

Service was good. Repair issues seem to be resolved but it took from April 8th to April 20 to order, receive the part and do the repair. Since I did not desperately need my vehicle at the time, I just left it at the dealership to avoid having to find rides and make 2 trips from Burlington.

I think something went into my blow motor because it's making a weird sound. When my cabin air filter was checked. I believe something went into my blow motor. Causing it to make noise when I run my AC
